Here at Turn Up The Base, we are known for our Neapolitan hybrid style dough hence the name.
 
If youre wondering what makes it so unique read on.... To begin with, our Dough is fermented for a minimum of 24hrs. We use high-quality flour imported from Italy in our dough-making process and only use 4 very simple ingredients with no added additives. Flour, Yeast, Water & a little bit of Salt but not too much. combine these 4 ingredients and our fermentation process and what you get in return is our signature airy crust.
